Kind staff, family atmosphere, favourable location.

our recent stay in Tokyo was amazing, but Guanjing Apartment made it even more memorable. The spacious room, large shower, and convenient location near the subway exceeded our expectations. Plus, the helpful host and affordable price made it a great choice for celebrating my birthday.

Directions to the apartment were confusing.

The apartment was clean and had a small garden outside. the single room with shared bathroom was comfortable and had a fridge. the staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in early. the location was great, just a short distance from the train station.

Felt relaxed, nothing too much trouble.

Convenient location for transit, shopping, and dining. Owner provided helpful information and made airport transportation stress-free. 7-minute walk from Shin-Okubo station, yet situated in a peaceful area. Room 101 had unique glow in the dark wallpaper. Beds with mattresses and tatami room with futon mats accommodated our group of six. Numerous nearby restaurants, konbinis, and a donki. Free washing machine on-site. Friendly and welcoming host created a pleasant atmosphere. We would return.

I received a warm welcome from the host and loved how convenient this place was, being so close to the train station, as well as having plenty of fun restaurants and bars nearby, all in the heart of the city.

We recently stayed at a lovely apartment in Tokyo, close to the vibrant Korean town district. The location was perfect, with easy access to major train lines and a short walk to Shinjuku Station. The facilities were typical of Japanese style hotels, with a communal microwave and sitting area by the entrance, as well as a fridge and kettle in the room. The staff were helpful, allowing us to check in early, and the apartment was clean and tidy. Despite being in a lively area, the room was surprisingly quiet at night. Our host was friendly and even helped us carry our luggage upstairs. it was a great stay at Guanjing.

I had a great experience at the Guanjing Apartment. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and train stations. The room was spacious and had a fridge. The staff was friendly and responsive via email. The bathroom was clean and the beds were comfortable. I appreciated the option to leave our bags in the foyer area. I would recommend this hotel for a convenient and comfortable stay.

Had a great time during the New Year festivities! The location was amazing, just a short walk from the bustling streets and yet tucked away in a quiet alley. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. The best part was the friendly host who made our late check-in a breeze with detailed instructions for self check-in.

The lack of new towels and bins emptied during our 4-night stay. the absence of signage indicating the hotel's name outside made it a bit confusing to find initially, but luckily we had our reservation printout to guide us.
